Todd Cole is the owner, lead consultant and marketing director of Pure Marketing & Design. Todd has a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) with a concentration in International Business and Marketing. Upon completion of university, Todd spent four years working in marketing services and economic development fields, including tourism and destination marketing as Marketing Manager for the Clarenville Regional Tourism Initiative.

During this period, Todd was also employed as the Marketing Director for a growing and very talented advertising and communications agency. In this role, Todd enhanced his marketing skills and developed excellent graphic design skills and creative abilities. He gained valuable experience in the production and creative side of marketing services - a huge asset to clients who are seeking guidance and advice to develop an effective promotional and marketing mix.

In 1998, Todd started Fisher Associates Proposals and Business Plans, a consulting company providing a variety of business management and planning services to clients throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

In 2002, Todd was recruited for a management position with one of the top recreational dealerships in the province, providing sales, marketing, customer services and general management direction. Todd continued to operate Fisher Associates on a part-time basis until late 2003.

Todd started Pure Marketing & Design in 2006.
